Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your item(s) for a prompt refund or exchange. Freight charges will not be reimbursed except in the case of damaged product Refunds for items returned within thirty (30) days of the shipment date will be credited either in the same form as original payment or in the form of a Wildlife in Wood, Inc. check mailed to the billing address given. Refunds are not available on items over 30 days from shipment date or on custom orders. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below:
