Photographs are representative of shape and general wood appearance. Due to the variations of wood, each stair part will be different in terms of grain patterns, color variations, and slight wood abnormalities. Stair part will not contain open knots or extreme color variations. Carvings are packaged in a plastic bag in order to maintain a somewhat stable temperature environment. Keep product in plastic bag until ready to use. Do not store product in front of a heater, in the sun, or in windy environments as checking and delaminating will occur. When possible, always apply a finish to your project as soon as possible. A sealer has been applied to the end(s) of the stair part, but placing a finish on the end(s) is still recommended to help stabilize the wood. Always refer to the preparation and finishing instructions on any finishes that are used. Wildlife in Wood, Inc. will not accept any returns of products on which a finish has been applied. The purchaser or user of carved stair part is responsible for testing and verifying whether the product purchased is suitable for the intended use. The purchaser or user assumes all risk and liability. Wildlife in Wood, Inc. has the sole obligation to replace or issue a credit for defective product. Wildlife in Wood, Inc. shall not be liable for any loss or damage from the use or inability to use the purchased product.
